How do I make a custom boxes?

You can create custom boxes from scratch with our tool. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions to create a custom boxes in any size or shape by uploading your artwork, or choosing from our gallery of templates.

How much do custom boxes cost?

The final price for your custom boxes mainly depends on two factors, i.e. the cost of your ordered product and the cost of shipping. Dimensions, the chosen material, artwork and quantity ordered will determine the final product cost. While ground shipping within the US is free, it can vary based on how time-sensitive your order is and whether other shipping methods are adopted as per your requirements.

What standard sizes do you offer?

Everything we print is made to order for our customers according to their required dimensions, therefore, there is no standard size per se.

How can I place an order?

After you provide us with your requirements and any templates/artwork, we will share with you the digital proof of your custom product. Following proof approval and order submission by clicking the ‘Submit’ button, we will confirm your order, process payment, and e-mail you all the relevant details. Please note that we are currently collecting payment at the time of order placement.

What is the minimum number of custom boxes I need to order?

For labels, you need to order a minimum of 100 labels, while there is no cap on the upper limit. In case of custom boxes, order as little or as many as you want! While there are no minimum order requirements for custom boxes, you can benefit from massive savings if you order in bulk. You can see options for multiple quantities and their respective prices against individual labels or custom boxes you select.

Can I order some custom samples before placing an actual order?

You surely can. With every label order, we will provide you with the PDF proof of your finished product before order confirmation. Also, if you want to see how your finished product turns out before you want to commit to a production run, you can request for a free printed press proof as well to see the actual ‘look and feel’ of your label. Please note that shipping charges will apply to printed press proofs.

What if I am not satisfied with the final product?

At MK Printing Ads, your satisfaction is of prime importance. If you are not 100% satisfied with the final results, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will strive to work with you and come up with an ideal solution for you, whether it involves reprinting your order without additional charges or returning your money. Please note that our refund/reprint policy does not cover factors that may be beyond our control. These include unexpected delays in delivery times because these are ultimately fulfilled by the courier, delivery to a wrong address due to incomplete/incorrect information provided by the customer, damage in transit, or production delays caused when we are awaiting information or updated artwork from the customer.
